I believe I have vestibular papillomatosis and a yeast infection

I believe I have vestibular papillomatosis and a yeast infection but I’m worried it’s more. The VP bumps hurt when I press down on the cluster of them. Can they show up with a yeast infection? Because they are very new they weren’t there before. Can they go away or any treatment I can do to make them go away?

Hi... I am a 26 year old female with a history of gynelogical issues. When I was 18, I had a pap and was deemed to have hpv. I had a leep procedure and after multiple follow up negative paps was allowed to go on my way. I have been on multiple birth controls over the years attempting to find one that could help with severe cramping. I most recently had the mirena iud and during that time was plagued with constant yeast infections. I then went on the patch but have since been taken off it as I am also being treated for a severe migraine disorder and the dr recommended going over hormone therapy (birth control) to assist with maintaining my migraines. During my last pap, I had more abnormal cells and after a colposcopy was placed on a frolic acid regiment. I am expected to see my gyno in the middle of next month for a follow up. This past week, I had a yeast infection and treated it with over the counter monistat. Since ending the monistat, my right inner labia has continued to be sore. It appears as though I have vestibular pappillomatosis. I have done the vinegar test, and the skin remains red. Aside from seeing my doctor which I plain to do ASAP what could this be? Is it related to my hpv diagnosis 8 years ago?
