I Began Having Severe Pain Beginning In My Iliac Crest

I began having severe pain beginning in my iliac crest and was completely unable to walk or stand for weeks. I saw an orthopedic surgeon who took numerous x-rays and administered a cortisone injection into my hip bursa. He also ordered an MRI for suspected pelvic stress fx. It was negative and on followup he asked if I had pain anywhere else. I told him my internal organs were also painful. He recommended I be evaluated at the ER. I was in a great deal of pain from sitting upright and just wanted to lay down so I made an appointment with a gastroenterologist. I was scheduled for lab work, CT scan and had an endoscopy and colonoscopy performed, both of which were negative. I am still having pain in my iliac crest and in the groin area of my pelvis and have been unable to walk, sit upright or stand for any length of time. The pain is on the left side lower than my ribs and I also have pain in the right side in the same area as the left. I have been unable to perform my activities of daily living for two months now. Any suggestions?
