hi im rob and im 16 years of age im feeling achy in my arms and legs quite weak and i sometimes feel sick got a dry throat im drinking plenty aswell im wondering if you could tell me if these are the symptoms of flu , it s been 4-5 days and im still feeling the same.
You have these symptoms for 4-5 days so it seems that you might have have slight temperature so measure the temperature 2-3 times in a day,if mild temp. is there this may be flu.
You feel weak may be due to temp.
Take some tablet for bodyache and you will be alright.
If temp. persists then go for blood check up.

My legs and arms are achy and feel very heavy. I did do some yard work today, but it doesn t feel like muscle pain I usually get from lifting, raking, etc. This happens off and on and is not consistent just with yard work; what else could it be? I do have history of Factor V Leiden and MTHFR, but I don t see anything related to what I am feeling.
My son has been experiencing achy joints for several days beginning Wednesday after school, but had pain where on his left hip. The day before he was playing basketball. I stayed home from school on Thursday and did not have school today. He feels cold and has a sore throat. Had a headache yesterday. He s been taking acetaminophen liquid since last night and still is not feeling better.
Hello my name is Lara Lewis and am 19. This morning I woke up with a sore throat and its gotten worse as the day went by. It isn t a kind of sore throat that I am used to though. It stings from what seems like the back of my tongue all the way down my neck and I have to swallow every few seconds (I don t know why, it makes it feel a littler better though for that one second). I can t sleep because once I start to I stop swallowing for some reason my breathing slows/stops and i jerk awake in panic. I know it has only been a day but I am in Amsterdam with my friend and no family etc, so in case its something serious I want to seek help before its too late. I also feel fevery and occasionally a couple of times today my hand starting feeling the pins and needles thing randomly. I don t know if it s related though.. Thanks

My tongue is swollen and got a sore throat and also very high blood pressure came on at same time, Just found out my kidneys need a stent to open an artery. Could this also be the reason for swollen tongue and sore mouth also have redness all around neck area of skin, like heavy blood flow color, no rashes, also swabbed negative viral infection. This has been on going now for almost 3 months, now dizzy and on 3 pills for high blood pressure until stent this week. My Doctor is not sure whats causing swollen and burning tongue issue. But I am wondering if my kidneys producing cemical to up the blood pressure could cause this?
I was given alfuzosin for problems with enlarged prostate. Upon taking the med, I began to experience what I thought might be flu like symptoms and went to me primary care doctor and was given and antibiotic; which I took all of and did not get any relief. I have Myasthenia Gravis and selecting an antibiotic is not so easy, but upon a second trip to my primary doctor, I was given another Rx, took all of it but seems to not get any better. At that point, I looked at possible side effects related to taking alfuzosin and found things like fever, sore throat, ear ache, pain in my chest and stopped the alfuzosin. My symptoms improved. Since I could not contact my urologist over the holiday weekend, does this sound like a reasonable course of action on my part?
For the past 3 weeks I have had a very persistent sore throat which at times has made it very difficult to swallow. Lemsips and lozengers ease and alcohol makes it worse. Sleeping can be disturbed due to being painful to swallow. The symptoms seem...
