I am worried that I have accidentally taken too much

I am worried that I have accidentally taken too much paracetamol. I took two this morning at 3:15 am. I took two more at 5:15 thinking for some reason I had taken ibuprofen earlier but it was paracetamol. I actually vomited around 4:45am as I was hungover. I am wondering if I would have vomited up any of the paracetamol or would it have been absorbed by then. I'm 32 but I have been drinking quite heavily for the last few years so I'm worried my liver isn't in the best condition. Should I be worried. Is there anything I can do?

I am Subramaniam aged 51 Years weighing approx 60 Kg. No other ailments. Last Saturday (16th eve) I had consumed a very small portion of samosa which had 2 stapler pins and was detected thru x-ray in the abdomen . Dr s were consulted for the same and due to passing pain in the navel area and below I was prescribed PAN 20 and NOR METROGYL for 5 days. Dr s also told me not to worry as it would pass out automatically. Today a second X-Ray was taken which shows the 2 pins in the same vertical position(straight pins). Please advice further course of action. Thanks K Subramaniam 9969585470, Mulund, Mumbai

I may have accidentally taken 2 of my husband s lisinopril last night before bed thinking it was my prescription. (The pills look almost identical). I m 9 weeks pregnant and breastfeeding my 18 month old. I was extremely dizzy when getting up during the night and into the morning. It wore off by noontime. I thought it was just part of the pregnancy until I went to take my medicine tonight and grabbed my husband s and realized I may have not noticed the night before. Should I be worried?? Is it out of my system by now? I m calling my doctor tomorrow, but kinda freaking out tonight.
