General & Family Physician Dr. Shainaz Arif Kaware's  Response
Hi ryan;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
The penis size grows till around 16 age by this time the development of sexual organs is almost complete.The minimum size required for a healthy sexual life is anything more than 2 inches.So if you are better than that please relax as at 15 yrs it is time to concentrate on your studies and as for the size nature will do what is best for you.
Take care.
