Could Increase In Anger And Irritation Emotions Be Due To Amlodipine And Wellbutrin Intake?
I am taking 5mg of amlodipine besylate and I have become very short tempered since I started. I have always been highly strung but now it’s pure temper with the slightest provocation. I am on Wellbutrin and a number of other medications but my temper seems to have increased since I started the amlodipine for the last 4 months

You are on the medicines, amlodipine and Wellbutrin that are prescribed by your treating doctor. According to research studies it has been found that aggression is found among sensitive senior people / citizens who take Amlodipine for more than1 month. Other commonly reported side effects of amlodipine include: edema, fatigue, palpitations, and flushing, etc. Wellbutrin also causes side effects like agitation, insomnia, headache, constipation, tremor, etc.
You are suggested to consult with your treating doctor about the side effects you are experiencing so that either the dose can be reduced or medicine replaced by some other that suits you better. Stay away from addictions if any.
