I Am Suffering With Too Early Ejaculation And My Penis Is Also Becoming Hard

Hi, I am suffering with too early ejaculation... during foreplay everything is fine and my penis is also becoming hard and for a long time... no issues until i start for intercourse... the moment i start giving strokes with in 2 to 3 strokes I am getting ejaculated... which is making me and my wife not enjoying our sex life... please suggest..

You can use squeeze technique or stop-start technique.
