I Am Suffering Pain In Upper Abdomen, How To Get Rid Of It
i am 31 weeks pregnant and sometimes when i walk for awhile or at the end of the day I get a pain next to my bellybutton in one specific spot, almost like there is a foot that is constantly pressed there. it lasts for 15 minutes maybe and goes away when i lay down.

this can be due to some fetal part pressing at particular spot.get your ultrasound done to find the exact cause.
