This is a very common problem now a days.It happens due to blockage in udan vayu according to my science.As u say that you are a sensitive person,in what manner?Lets think this in common point of view.The wheezing is also depends on mental stress.If the person is in deep sleep then total body including smallest cell relaxes at that time. This situation remains at least 20-30 mins only.Also if the person has having rukshatajaneet disease like asthama/ piles/skin disease/heart problems in that case also the patient wheezes a lot.A small child having worms also wheezes.This is called vayu avarodha in ayurveda. Lets think that you don t have these problems,then what is the remedy for this?Well, very simple 1)application of warm coconut oil/til oil/mahanarayana tailam on chest is the best solution before going to bed. 2)take some yastika(jeshtamadh,mulethi in Hindi) about 2 gms thrice a day 3)sleep during day time is strictly prohibited as it orginates kapha dosha giving wheezing problem 4)taking curd/roasted food/heavy drinks/cold beverages/fermented food etc is not acceptable. Follow these lines and have a wheezing free sleep.
