hi i am suffering from throat infection a and nasal problem i have done an xray found that left nasal bone has been bend and cough with gelly like discharge from that

If this is your first attack of sore throat, post nasal drip and cold in many months, you will need only regular medication and stream inhalation from your local physician. Has you left nasal bone bent because of earlier injury, fall or trauma? You may require surgery only if you have nasal obstruction or persistent sinusitis and post nasal drip (due to which your cough and jelly like discharge may continue).

By seeing your history it appears that you are suffering from deviated nasal septum with nasal obstruction and sinusitis, you need to undergo septoplasty along with endoscopic sinus surgery, before that you can take antibiotica with nasal decongestants under supervision of ENT doctor, consult ENT specialist for further evaluation and treatment.

For adequate assessment of throat infection issues it is necessary for the doctor to know the following points. This helps in deciding the nature of disease (viral, bacterial, reflux associated, allergic, nose related, etc,) and hence the necessary treatment can be recommended.
duration of symptoms, and the frequency in last one yr.
relation to meals and season
any pain, irritation, soreness, difficulty in swallowing.
family history of allergies.
burning sensation in stomach and acid reflux
nasal complaints like nasal stuffiness, discharge, sneezing and the duration of symptoms and relation with season
any history of chemical exposure.
any relation to time of the day when the complaints are most bothersome.

irst of all you have to find that these symptoms are entirely DNS or any associated allergy
If the problem of nasal block is entirely due to DNS, a successful septal operation(septoplasty) will cure the problem . If there are other problems, like nasal allergy , this operation will not help that problem.
so you have to consult a good ENT surgeon and find out the cause.also if you ave problems like acid reflux disease then you are prone for throat infection
also try to improve your immunity by taking good balanced diet, more proteins, fruits , green leafy veg. take more water
have enough sleep
