I am suffering from piles. any remedies for this ?

from the pass 8 yrs i m suffering from piles sometimes i was pain around the anus due to bleeding , Itching & swelling so, plz help me what should i do I feel shy to say to others

Dr Shekhar has given sound advice, I would suggest that the person should overcome shyness and consult the nearest surgeon to be rid of it once and for long.

Not to forget the use of vegetables which is nutrition plus roughage.

first consult a surgeon. if is in initial stage ony dietary modification like fibre diet and plenty of fluid can relieve the constipation. if needed laxative can be taken. but first it should b checked by a surgeon.

one thing always keep in mind never be shy of health problems. every body has it sometimes in life and it is wise always wise to take advice of some one who can guide you properly
as for your piles problem you should consult a surgeon and get proper treatment
till you get yourself examined be sure that you are not constipated at all
constipation and straining and straining at stool is the main cause of the problem
take laxatives to get rid of constipation
have balanced diet with high roughage content in diet
take plenty liquids ,at least 8-10 glass of water and other liquids
you should not feel shy of taking immediate consultation with asurgeon
have good health
