General Surgeon Dr. Swapnendu Sekhar Ghosh's  Response
night fall per se is no problem but worrying for it is problem
night fall is quite normal and physiological
frequency depends on your mental make up and the sexual stimulation you get .more the sexual stimulation more the night fall if do not have sex
if you are
married regular sex will take care of night fall
to reduce the frequency have regular exercises reduce stimulation from any source ,have balanced nutritious diet
above all don't worry if you have night fall
