FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT IS YOU HAVE TO GO FOR PERSONALITY TEST I THINK SO YOU MUST HAVE BEYOND BIPOLAR MAY BE PERSONALITY PROBLEM HAVE BEEN MANIFESTED AS MOOD SYMPTOMS.

YOU HAVE TO CONSULT PSYCHIATRIST FOR THE GETTING CURE.

BY THE TIME, THINK POSITIVE, DON'T REMAIN ALONE TO PREVENT IMMEDIATE HAZARS.

Hello dear

Hope you are fine, your problem of self injurious behavior is may be due to depression or may be because of some other problem. It is not possible to say anything without the clinical assessment. But your problem is defiantly serious and so you visit your nearest RCI registered Clinical Psychologist (M.Phil Clinical psychology) and get your assessment done to find out the reason. And for the time being please do not hide theses feeling from your family members.

I'd like to thank you for your reply sir. Unfortunately I can't tell my family as they have been torn apart by similar events and I don't want to cause that again. I just want a quick recovery without worrying anyone. What is RCI and where can I find them? I'd like to thank you again for your kind advice.
