I Am Suffering From Constipation, Sleep Is Not Normal ?

i am 52years old ,is suffering constipation ,in the morning time my belly ,abdomen seems acidity ,not clear bowel ,and too problem of insomnia , sleep ,head seems warm,pb since 1988,what is curing about it.

Hi Ifthekar,

Please consult a physician first to see if the acidity could be controlled and if that improves the sleep. If that does not help, you may to have to see if there are any physical causes like sleep apnea syndrome etc which may be disturbing your sleep. If all of this does not help, then consult a psychiatrist.
