Black heads are due to blocking of sebecious gland over the face, by washing repeatedly and applying less cosmetic creams will reduce blackheads. Acne occurs when glands are blocked and secreations are collected within gland and sometimes these will become infected, initial you for pimples repeated washing will reduce acne, but if you have nodular acne you may require topical or systemic antibiotc and anti acne agents like adaphalene. Consult dermatologist for treatment apply moisturising agent if skin is dry.

Hi well come to HCM
Black headed pimples could be blockage of sebaceous gland, acne occurs due to
blokede of duct leading to collection of secretios.Avoiding exposur to heat
frequent washing of the affected area, avoiding use of any cosmetics, applying moisturiser
can help. In case of infection to pimples antibiotic like doxy cyclin for longer duration
may require. But exposure to sun must be minimised. thanks

Thanks for query,
It seems that you might have heat allergy.
Wrap your face and arms while going out.
Avoid fall of direct sun rays on your skin so avoid going out during afternoon.
Apply sun cream while going out side.
Apply branded moisturizing lotion or cream.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and bye.

Hi Welcome to healthcare magic,
Blackheads are part of a condition called Acne. They get irritated when exposed to bright sun. Please keep washing the affected areas with soft soap and water several times in a day and if there is dry skin try applying cold cream at night. Thanks
