Dear Punit, What you are undergoing is a natural response of a teenage skin to the new cycle of hormonal activites in your body. Your skin is more susceptible to such stimulus and hence the response is exagerated as large red pimples. Try not touching your pimples, avoid rubbing hard, use natural agents to clean the skin. Avoid applying creams or topical lotions, instead maintain hygiene. Wash your face after every outing, and very importantly before bed. Reducing oily junk food may help minimising the impact. Stick to a nutritious diet with plenty of water intake. Such a life style modification may help reduce your complaint by 50%. Any cream or lotion can give you temporary results.

Eat a lot of fresh fruits and green vegetables with a lot of water...

Instead of washing the face with any soap, use orange peel powder. Dry Orange peels in the shade for 4-5 days. Powder finely and store. Wash your face with this 2-3 times a day. It clears the face and feels very refreshing. Smells too good.if u find this allergy you can use pears soap, its good for acne...

steam your face with thulasi leaves/neem

This is the age to get acne, but it seems that you are having some associated infection with it. Wash your face whenever you go home with mild soap every time, try to avoid high fat foods. You also need to apply antibiotic cream on acne in case of infection after visiting a doctor.
