I am sexually active, but I do not think I am pregnant. What could this mean ?

Hi. I am a 20 year old girl on birth control. Over the past 10 weeks I have changed my exercise habits and eating habits and lost about 25 pounds. I did it in a very healthy manner. Now I am comfortable with my weight of about 140. However, recently I have been bruising easily. I also got my normal period on time 2 weeks ago but it hasn't gone away. I am sexually active, but I don't think I am pregnant. What could this mean?

Few BCP's are known to cause problems with bleeding. Get these bruises examined to make sure that they are not very serious.
