I am searching for a supplement that will help in reducing the excess fat around my abdomen, especially in the front. It is unsightly. I don't drink alcohol, have read Wheat Bellies and am working on that, but most snacks that I enjoy have wheat, ie cookies. I am considering Capsaicin and am wondering if there is something that can be added to it. I take coconut oil in my coffee. One concern about side effects is the supplements that supposedly help burn fat, but raIse my anxiety level as if I were taking an amphetimine.
