welcome to healthcare magic. please get a serum beta hcg titre done (blood test for pregnancy). it is more reliable and accurate than a urine pregnancy test. depending on the level of the beta hcg further management can be decided.

General & Family Physician Dr. Shainaz Arif Kaware's  Response
Welcome to healthcare magic,
Repeat urine pregnancy test with first morning urine sample in a laboratory or can do beta HCG[blood test] done for confirmation of pregnancy. Do this test after 1 week because in few patients if conception has has occurred late in the cycle then test will be positive 1 week later. If 1 week later pregnancy test is negative then you are not pregnant & you can take medicine for withdrawal bleeding.
I hope this answer is helpful to you.
