I am not able to reduce weight even after trying different physical activity. What should i do ?
i am 28 years old, height of 5 3 and weight of 91kg, i am more active now than ever in my life, i play badminton everyday for at least half an hour, i swim for half an hour twice a week, yet i am not losing my weight, instead my hips are getting bigger, i also had PCOS when i was 19
2nd time to have very heavy chest pain after climbing stairs to 3rd floor. I am 40yrs old,over weight but have never had this problem before. I take blood pressure meds but it is under control. This pain is like a ball blowing up in my chest. Should I try to get in to see my cardiologist or go to the er if it gets worse?
Hi doctor, i am 30 running, 5ft, & i guess my weight is 61kg, & i am having hypothyrodism since last 3yrs. i am taking eltroxin 100mg, my doc is telling me to reduce weight, am i overweight for my height? and i don t find any difference after taking this medicine also, i feel very heavy with my body sometimes, presently i am suffering from knee pain since 5,6 months, even i am not able to bend my knees, i am a teacher & need to stand for a long time,now i have started taking medislim powder, is it good for hypothyroid, plz let me know, what should i take in my daily diet ? presently i am taking eltroxin 100mg, medislim, and 3 times medicine prescribed by doctor for knee pain. i know it is too much, need your suggestions, thank you, bye.
Hello. I would like to remain anonymous. For many years i have stuggled with weight. I was extremely self consious as a teen and thought i was ugly. Not im in my late twenties and i havnt improved at all. I don t know where the fear comes from but i m at a crucial stage in my formative years to repair the damage. Though because i have put it off for so long the wall has gotten so much higher and i cant see a way out. are there drugs that a person can take to ease the burden of anxiety to help motivate them into a state of physical activity. Its laughable I know, becuase so many people have done it with worse problems, such as putting weight on during pregnancy or threat of serious heart problems, but so far in my profession and intelligence i have excelled and accomplished everything i set as a goal apart from this one thing, and it has made my sexlife non-existant. I honestly want to overcome this on my own without help, but i have spent at least 10 years on my own and have a huge hatred for the gym. What is it that i am missing and what should i do to encourage myself? Thanks.
my now 18 year old daughter has experiencing hair thinning you can see to her scalp. and hair looks unhealthy, weight loss, pale, anxiety, moody, depression or low self asteem. we started with vitamins and supplements for the last 4 months but no change. im thinking thyroid? plz. help
my mother is 50 years old,she has a herniated disc(L1,s1),she was asked by the doctor to undergo weight reduction,she was suggested by her hypnotherapist to go for herbal life products ,she continued it for 4 moths but only lost 4 kgs. she stopped it for a week now,now she is not feeling well,she is womiting,motions ,having stomache pain.and most times she is having vomiting sensation ,soetimes hyeadache..she is also having gastric problems from past 4 years.plz do advice me whatt should i do now. should i consult the coreligionist(under whose supervision she is taking medications) or the gastroentrologist or the nutritionist ...in such case u plz suggest me a good nuetriniost.
I am two years out from bariatric surgery. When I eat a meal, sometimes, I have to lay down because my heart starts beating so hard. What does it mean when I can feel my heart beating by putting my hand on my chest? It often takes up to 2 hours until the heart calms down.
Hi , im 16 sorta morbidly obese....kay yea im morbidly obese but im somewat tall lik not 6 foot but im lik 180 cm anyway im wondering wat are some things i can do to prevent getting diabetes , i enjoy water fasting and i heard it helps as well as make you lose weight . is there anything else other than excercising and eating right and water fasting that i can do . im not saying lik i dont wanna exercise and eat right im saying what more can i do? thanks
I am a 39 year male and I am urinating every 30 minutes to 1 hour. I don't have any pain or discoloration. Just concerned at how often im going I'd like to know what this could be if anything dangerous or to be concerned of.
