I Am Just Tired From The Panic Attacks. Any Suggestions

I am 25 in good shape, 5 7, 135 lbs and am unfortunately a sufferer of panic attacks. Since last night I have had a feeling of being short of breath so I just went to bed last night so I didnt have to deal with it. This morning I woke up with the same feeling and while I was at work today had 3 more panic attacks (which I thought were heart attacks) Now, my body is exhausted and I could sleep for about 12 hours it seems. I had an EKG donw about 2 1/2 years ago and it was fine but still scared there is something wrong with my heart. I feel ok now am just tired from the panic attacks today. Any suggestions ? I started my anixety meds again today because I really think I need them, I dont want to live my life having panic attacks!!! Is my heart ok?

if you're worried about your heart, go see a doctor...should help either way...either 1) there's nothing wrong with your heart and that should ease your mind a bit or 2) there is something wrong and you can treat it...good luck
