I am having stomach problems plz help me

im having stomach not pregnant and im not on my period. i jus dont know whats wrong..i was feeling fine tuesday and around 5-6 i felt lightheaded, had a terrible headache , and my stomach began to feel sick. wedensday my headache was gone yet my stomach problem wasnt. sometimes it hurts to breath in too deep..sometimes it hurts to cough or sneeze wed it hurt to the touch i guess its doing betta but im still in pain and im really worried. i researched and it could be anything from pancreatis or appendicitus i could have tapeworms.

Hi.. Symptoms of pancreatitis and appendicitis produce severe pain associated with vomiting and fever.. Since your symptoms are not that severe, the chances of appendicitis or pancreatitis are less.. Your symptoms may probably be simple gastritis.. Plenty of water, less spices in the diet and restriction of caffeine consumption will help you.. For a complete management, you can see a doctor..
