I fell hard flat on my back on our kitchen tile floor last Saturday. Pain in my neck, shoulders, mid back are starting to ease up, but I still have a lot of pain in my left hip area. It feels like bone rather than muscle pain. It hurts with various movements, from sitting to standing, some sitting positions and laying down to sleep. Should I go to the doctor or wait a few more days to see if it subsides? It is always sore. Is there anything that could be broken or fractured?
