low placentation is a case to be handled with care. However, a train journey will not involve jerks so travelling is safe.Be careful while boarding, alighting and make sure somebody else carries your luggage.
Pain Medicine & Palliative Care Specialist Dr. Prof Sukdev Nayak's  Response
Moderate placenta previa is okay, but the risks are never entirely ruled our. SO please take extra care. Jerks may be lethal.
