General & Family Physician Dr. Raju A.T's  Response

Welcome to Healthcaremagic Forum,

Taking isabgol will surely help , Also look into the cause to hit the cause and get relieved from the problem completely , Watch the stool whether its watery , greenish, blood stained or foulsmelling all these point towards the diagnosis and visit a GP with the same information to be put on required medication.

And do not fast , have some fluids like ORS , juices , butter milk , tender coconut also put a pinch of salt in a liter of which ever above fluids you choose.Try not to have any hard food until the problem resolves or the severity reduces.

thanks for visiting

Take care , Bye
