I am having left shoulder pain after having an injury

I am having left shoulder pain after having an injury 4 weeks ago. I was bathing my adult handicapped child when he fell off the bath seat. He pulled my shoulder down with him. Then I had to help pull him out of the tub. He is 6'2" and weighs about 230 pounds. I have limited motion. At night when I go to bed it aches. No matter how I lay it pains me.

Went to the orthopedic doctor took xrays and mri and he said that i only have inflation but i took medication for it (inflation and rest) and i notice that the pain in the shoulder is getting worst and is not getting better at all. The pain is there but more when i lift the arm over my head. The pain is sharp and constant, and feel like someone had punch me and also like the pain that you have when u get the flu shoot. Hello. I took a pretty hard hit to the head during a skating accident 4 nights ago. I have noticed that I feel very slow, like I am barely moving, I am scrambling around to find the correct words to form a sentence and at times feel very confused. Have had severe left jaw, neck pain and shoulder pain all on the left side but hit my head on the right side. Was seen in the ER and have CT of head, face and neck which was all negative.

I fell down the stairs earlier. My left shoulder has hurt since and now when I move my shoulder backwards it feels like it s grinding and my shoulder hurts. Should I bother going in to get it looked at or is it probably nothing? I don t have insurance, so I don t want to go in if I don t need too.
