I am having irritation in the anal area. What could be the reason for it ?

Hello, I have an embarrassing problem. I am having irritation in the anal area. I have swelling itchiness, very little blood and pain. When I sit in a chair in the office for a while I have more irritation. The pain has been happening for about 4 months. I keep the area very dry at all times and I always use wipes to keep clean. I am also an obese female.

To keep such area very dry at all times is not good or hygienic habit at all. and to use wipes to keep clean is again not good in such cases. you should clean that area with mild antibacterial soap solution at least 3 times a day. & if the bleeding is more then you should check your hemoglobin level once. if its low then you should go to nearby doctor to check weather you have Pails or fisher or not. It requires a physical examination.

And finally I don't clearly understand that what do you mean by "I am also an obese female." ?
