I am having hot flashes (Especially in the back of my neck & over my scalp), weak legs, lots of aches in my joints, bad nausea, painful neck from muscle spasms and a migraine on one side of my head. Couldn't sleep very much last night. Migraine was worse last night but I have been getting late day man grained & headache late in the day all week. I went through my doc Friday 8 all she said was my BP was higher than normal & she referred me to a neurologist. I take 500 mg of naproxen with 100 mg of tramadol in the morning & sometimes 2 more tramadol late in a he day. It is not very effective. What can I do to cope with the migraines? I am a 62 year ago led female 8 I am hypothyroid--otherwise in good health. Thank you for. Carole

Hi, I have been getting dizzy spells that happen just randomly, at any time but seem to occur more so in the afternoon and sometimes after I eat lunch…with it comes hot flashes, sweating (especially sweaty palms), feeling faint/lightheaded, kind of blurry vision and I also have random head pains (not headaches) that can last just seconds, particularly in one spot in the back of my head. Sometimes it can feel like pressure, sometimes kind of sharp or just a weird sensation. I was in a wreck last October and have had head trauma before. I know this could be a variety of things and I’m sure a CT should be involved but was wondering if you could give me more insight to what it could possibly be. Thank you!

I am 40 yrs old. I developed BC 2 years ago due to Brca 1gene. I have completed chemo. And double mastectomy and oopherectomies. My issue is I have almost debilitating hot flashes almost hourly at times. Especially At night. I take Benedryl at night to try to sleep. Is there any treatments help for this without increasing estrogen?
