hi sir i have periods continously for 20 days and there is enlargement of ovaris ,my age is 17 yr s ,weight is 41 kg. ovary found with multiple cyst by sonography detection

Look there are few things which should be done like if you are suffering from pain you may opt for Analgesic which would provide you relief ,dont do sternness workouts,you should take rest during your periods,
Another thing would be going for Combined Oral Contraceptives pills which will regularize your periods and would also help in reducing the cyst.
And dear to tell you About 95%of the cysts are Benign so no need to worry a lot keep your calm and lead your life.
