I Am Having Diarrhea With Polycystic Kidney Disease
hello doc, i have PKD but cant go to the doctors right now because of health insurance problems. I have had this yellow diarrhea for a while. it doesn t bother me but now there is dark coloring in it. Should I seek help? And Are my kidneys all ready shutting down?

Diarrhoea means there is an infection in the body. In healthy people diarrhoa or any intestinal infection gets better in few days or in a week. Since your Kidney function is compromised you would not want to complicate things with infection now. So please see a doctor without wasting much time.
