Hi
Welcome to health care Magic
Runny nose is inflammation of nasal mucosa. It is called common cold when it is due to viral infection. However, persisting cold is from allergic reactions to some allergen. That means you are allergic so allergies. You need antihistamines and steroid nasal stray to treat the cold.

I recommend you to consult ENT to get proper advice. and prescription.

Regards,
Dr. Jagdish
