General & Family Physician Dr. Pragnesh Vachharajani's  Response
Thanks for choosing health care magic.Since how long you have this ? possibly this could be due to some stomach problem like, gas, indigestion, infection to name a few.If it is recent after a heavy meal then gas or indigestion is more likely.Any thing with fever and changes in bowel routine points infection. So take light diet, avoid fried and heavy diet, drink more liquids. If problem persists and your routine is disturbed see your family doctor.
