7 dpo im dizzy have periotic sharp pains in breasts had one day of intense lower back pain that radiated to lower abdomen now. better now. swollen glands in throat could i be pregnant i am 34 years old female

Since you have missed periods of 7 days doesn't confirm pregnancy... you need to do UPT (urine pregnancy test) IF the test is positive then it confirms pregnancy... the above pains are not related to pregnancy... the throat pain suggestive of Upper respiratory tract infection...
