I am gaining weight after hernia surgery.

I underwent umbilical hernia surgery two months back. i feel i am becoming fat day by day. what exercises should i do to reduce my tummy. i am a 39 years old lady

Instead of specific exercises for the tummy, you must try general slimming methods like brisk walks, jogging, cycling, swimming and dancing. Go on a fat free diet. Whatever you start, it has to be regular and continuous without a break. Watch for weight scales once a month. Dont be worried if you gain weight as you slim down, because you will be losing fat and developing muscles, which are heavier.
