My chest feels pressure I am not shortness if breath I keep burping and the pressire is in between my breast, what could it be ?

It might not be a cadiac disorder if that is what u are worring about.Similar symptoms can also be found in some git disorder like gastro oesopahageal reflex disease etc. It might get aggrevated left untreated. you should consider a physical evaluation by your doctor.
