I am facing seminal emission (night falls) at night while dreaming. This disease was happening for long period, about three years back. However on those days the night falls are less like once in a month. now a days,its about more than twice in a week. I am 23 yrs old, working in S/W company. I do not have any problem in sex related or such. I am quite happy with my life. But this disease is making me sad. I was having a skin disease, however it almost cured.
