I am celiac disease patient.I was diagnosed with diabetes in March 2018.Now my endoscopy shows prolapse gastropathy.My diabetes is in control

I have pain in stomach,chest and lower back and foot pain.I have strange sensations in entire body.

I am really unable to explain my problem to doctors

I m. 52 years old,weigh 230, I ahve diabetes and celiacs disease. When I eat or come into contact with gluten through my blood testing site i get palsy on the right side of my body. It usually lasts 2 and a half to three days. I had shingles on the right side of my face in 05 and drop foot and no feeling from hip to foot on thr right side. I have been diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I haveGluen-Free for a year and a half. I do get flare-ups with terrible joint pain and my right eye, (only) hemorraging in the vessels. I am pre Diabetic and take an 81mg of aspiin daily. Does this sound like Celiac?
