Hello,
You are having bloody stools and its not due to poor diet. There can be two reasons.Firstly it could be a local cause like hemorrhoids that often cause bleeding from rectum. It may happen when you're constipated and have to strain a lot.Increase fibre in your diet.Plenty of water.Stool softners may help. The other reason is a pathology in the colon. You will need to be examined to confirm the diagnosis.I suggest that see a doctor without delay.
