I am almost four week post op from an abdominal

I am almost four week post op from an abdominal wall reconstruction. About 5 days ago I noticed a huge lump (bigger then my 10cm Hernia) come up with a lot of pain. It’s very hard can not be pushed in even if I could handle the pain it is also bruised over the entire area. Is this a normal effect from the surgery? Should I go to the Er?

I had a total hysterectomy 7 weeks ago, using the daVinci system. I am still having abdominal pain and discomfort which is hard to describe. It s like a congested feeling or great amount of tension, and I cannot relax at night to fall asleep. It feels like all the nerves in my pelvic area are lit up. Does this sound like a normal post-op result?

Hi. I m 5 weeks post op from a total hysterectomy. I started bleeding last week and my dr fixed it with silver nitrate. The bleeding stopped for a couple of days, but has started back again. I m also having the following symptoms: nausea, no appetite, sick feeling, cramping and cant apply any pressure to my stomach without discomfort. I don t want to be that patient that complains about everything. Can you tell me if these symptoms are normal this far into post op?
