What steps do i take, this feeling has been around for the last 3 days, on and off. Today it has been ongoing for the last 2 hours, the most its ever lasted so far also can i walk into a hospital complaining of heart pains and get an EKG? Oh, and my left eye recently started twitching randomly, I was told it is either a calcium def or fatigue...which is it and is it connected with the above problem? I appreciate any short or as long. Hi,thanks for query. To be on safer side EKG is needed. It must be pain due to fatigue.Still your routine check up,blood pressure measurement important.Apart from this you need to stop smoking and too much of coffee,as it is nothing like that it is the coffee that keeps you awake..As you are having hectic schedule please take light diet all the time, fine time for regular exercise and take good care of your health. But do see a doctor for this pain.bye.

better to consult a octor. you may need for some investigations like ecg, some routine blood tests and some physical examination.its difficult to give adiagnosis without having test reports and complete examination. first thing i like to say please avoid smoking and coffee. they have many side effects. follow a good life style. take lots of fruits ,veg . regular excercises, yoga , breathing excrcises.avoid stress and take at least 7 hr sleep. but dont negelect it. consult a dr. take care
