I am a 74 year old retired hospital administrator/CEO. The physicians involved in my care are board certified in Family Practice & Nurology (can't spell!). Corporal tunnel syndrome was diagnosed about 5 weeks ago. It mostly has affected my right hand (thumb & first two fingers) in that they are stiff, lost feeling and not they no longer fully capable of functioning as they need to be. My only treatment so far has been therapy two days a week. A good many years ago I did a whole lot of typing but that was over 20 years ago. I no longer doing anything like that 'cause I'm now fully retired. I am trying to learn a much as I can about the disease. So far they have not improved at all, They told me the case is pretty mild. I hope they are correct. What information can you offer?
