I am a 61 year old female, still in menopause

I am a 61 year old female, still in menopause with moderate hot flashes. I have fibromyalgia and ankylosis spondylitis both responding well to medications. No diabetics.
I now have sudden episodes of cold hands all day long. Should his be treated and by whom.

I am 50 year old white female. I think I am starting into menopause. I still have my cycle about every 7-9 weeks. I have been suffering from these mood swings that remind me of depression. I am either down in the dumps or ready to argue about the stupidest things. It reminds me of when I was in high school where I was either PMS ing for 20 days of the month, and then having my period the other 10 days. What are the symptoms of menopause besides no period. Thanks for any help
