I am a 58 yo female. 5ft tall 170 lbs

I am a 58 yo female. 5ft tall 170 lbs non smoker. I take supplements but no regular meds. I did receive a and oral dose of azithromycin (1 gram) 3 days ago to treat chlamydia. I do not use drugs of alcohol. My bp is very high today. Even after walking almost 4 miles this afternoon . Since then readings are ranging from 177/94 trending up at 207/122. No symptoms other than fatigue. Is the anything I can do or take over the counter to bring my BP down quickly?

I have recently started losing weight and I have a couple of questions. I am 14 years old and I currently weight 170.2 lbs and my height is 5 6. Here are my questions; How many calories should I consume a day? What should my BMI be? How much exercise should I get a day? and What groups of food should I be avoiding and what food groups should I be mainly focused on?

I m 5 7 and about 165 lbs. I swim competitively for about 3 months out of the year, and the rest of the year, I don t really do anything. I m starting a gym membership tomorrow, though. I know I have muscle because my legs are like, rock solid other than a little bit of flab on my upper, inner thighs. My arms are like that, too except for the flab on the upper parts. How much weight should I lose, and what should I do at the gym to lose it? Plus, should I wear the swimsuit I have on in that one pic? current=Picture217-1.jpg newest=1 current=Picture154-1.jpg newest=1 current=Picture044.jpg newest=1
