Suggest Treatment For Exhaustion, Joints Pain And Brain Fog In An Elderly Person

I am 73 yrs old and lately have been feeling very very tired, all my joints are achy. I have not been as clear minded as usual. Is this just old age, and maybe babysitting grandchildren too much, or does it sound like something else is going on? People keep telling me I look tired, too.

Hello,

Yes, it might be from over exhausting in a person in a such age. Just try to have a rest a good sleep and food. If it changes than no worries if not than you need to be seen by your doctor for probably a blood check up.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
