I am 65 year old. I have two children I did have a prolapsed bladder. I do not have any problem going to the bathroom . I did see a Dr. he told me to do some exercise and that to tighten the muscles when going sometime I can stop it or sometime the muscles will not hold. I do not hurt. I do take it easy.
