Every month I get headaches/migraines a day or two before my period starts and sometimes during or at the end. I can t take birth control because it gives me severe anxiety. I have recently started taking natural supplements. I try taking tylenol but it doesn t help once I have a headache. Is there anything else I can try? Thank you!

I have chronic migraines but I work every day and can t take some of the medicines that would get rid of the pain I am suffering from. Do have any suggestions or remedies to suggest that might help as the headaches tend to start around 11:00 am and continue throughout the evening.
