I am 59 years old and just recently the doctors here in saudi arabia told me that i am diabetic with high BP. i have been trying to lessen my food intake and do walking exercise everyday and still my blood sugar is high. they gave me glucophage 500mg and diovan 80mg with aspirin and lipitor. is it OK to take the mx3 together with these medicines? an ER nurse told me that her blood pressure were ok when she took this food supplement.
