Hi I am 50 years old. My Systolic rate is 98 Diastolic rate 69 and pulse 97. Is this good ? I felt my heart racing. This just occured while I was sitting by the ocean. Anne

Hello there..
welcome to healthcare magic forum..
Normal blood pressure range is 120/80. Your pressure is on lower side but there is nothing to worry because some people have blood pressure on lower side..Heart racing may be becasue of stress or anxiety..I don think so you need to worry about anything..
