Hi greetings from health care magic

Your Hba1c if stay below 6.5 mmol/l then it is said good control.. Your urine albumin should be below 150 and albumin creatinine ration should be within 30 to 300 mg /24 hours. So from the report you have diabetic nephropathy. Avoid taking more water. take minimal salt . avoid all fruits which are more potassium and coccunut water. please consult your regular doctor and nephrologist . thank you

Certainly reports are on higher side. Diabetic nephropathy is a complication of uncontrolled diabetes where kidney functions are affected. Don't worry ! a careful dietary management and medicines will help you.

Please do following tests and visit your Dietician in this case who will plan necessary water , electrolytes and other concerns through diet.
