Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

You can definitely have a healthy baby .It is very essential now for you to undergo all routine tests and get the appropriate treatment.Your anemia depending on severity can be treated well and pregnancy can be maintained.I advise you to visit your Gynecologist and get the routine tests done and take appropriate treatment like iron , vitamin supplements to increase your Hemoglobin concentration.I also advise you to drink green grass juice daily , as it is shown to improve blood cells function in some.
Please note careful monitoring is needed in this pregnancy.
